How it works

Design your sign. Pick a style and color and add your names. The preview shows exactly what you’ll print.
Create your free gallery. The QR code on the sign opens it. Guests add photos and videos from their phone’s browser in original quality.
Print and place it. Download the PDF for your printer or the PNG for a print shop, then put signs where guests gather.

How many signs do you need?

One card on every table works best: guests see it while they’re sitting with their phones. Add a larger sign where people arrive, and one near the bar or dance floor.

Printing tips

Print at actual size. The PDF is already the right size. Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”.
Use matte cardstock. Heavy matte paper (80–110 lb cover, 200–300 gsm) looks good and doesn’t reflect light, which makes the code easier to scan.
Test before you print them all. Print one, scan it from a little distance with your own phone and upload a test photo. You can delete it afterwards.
Frames and print shops. 5 × 7 and 8 × 10 fit standard frames. Print shops can use the PNG, which is 300 dpi at its real size.

Is it really free?

Yes. The sign and the gallery are free for up to 30 photos and videos. If your guests share more, you can upgrade once from $29, and the QR code stays the same.

Will the QR code stop working?

The code always opens your gallery while it’s online. Free galleries stay online until 30 days after your wedding date, Essentials galleries for a year and Keepsake galleries for three years. You can download everything as a ZIP at any time.

Do guests need an app?

No. The phone camera opens your gallery in the browser, and guests choose photos and videos to add. They don’t need an account either.

Can I change the design after printing?

Yes. Come back any time and choose your existing gallery. The code stays the same, so signs you already printed keep working.

Can I put the code on my own design?

Yes. Your gallery page has a plain QR code to download as a PNG, ready for your stationer or your own design.
