The service
Some Days Stay, operated by Huajian Li (China), gives you an online gallery that your guests can add photos and videos to through a link or QR code.
- Free: up to 30 files, videos up to 200 MB each, online until 30 days after the event date.
- Essentials ($29 one-time per gallery): up to 500 files and 25 GB, videos up to 1 GB each, online for 1 year after the event date or the payment, whichever is later.
- Keepsake ($59 one-time per gallery, or $30 to upgrade from Essentials): unlimited files under fair use (up to 10,000 files and 100 GB per gallery), videos up to 4 GB each, an optional guest password, a cover photo and welcome note, no Some Days Stay branding on the guest page, online for 3 years after the event date or the payment, whichever is later.
When the storage period ends, the gallery and its files are deleted automatically. Please download everything you want to keep in time.
Payment
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the reseller (“merchant of record”) and charges applicable taxes at checkout. Creem’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds: you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as no more than 30 photos and videos have been uploaded to the gallery (for an upgrade from Essentials to Keepsake: no more than 500). To ask for one, email hello@somedaysstay.com with your gallery link or the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
If a payment is refunded in full, the gallery goes back to the plan it had before. If that plan’s storage period has already ended, you still get at least 30 days to download your files.
Your content
You and your guests keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload. You give us permission to store them and show them to the people you share the gallery with, only to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to share and that doesn’t break the law or infringe anyone’s rights. Whoever creates a gallery is responsible for letting guests know about it. We may remove unlawful content.
Your admin link
Your gallery is managed through a private admin link instead of an account. Keep it safe: anyone who has it can manage and delete the gallery. If you gave us your email address when creating the gallery, or paid with it, you can ask for fresh admin links on our “Find my galleries” page.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service running and your files safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. Please keep your own copies of the photos and videos that matter to you. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the gallery concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Ending things
You can delete your gallery at any time with your admin link. Payments already made aren’t refunded because of a deletion unless the law or our refund policy says otherwise.
