Questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The QR code opens a web page. Guests choose photos and videos on their phone and upload them. That’s all.
Who can see the gallery?
Only people with your link or QR code. The gallery isn’t listed anywhere or shown in search engines. You decide whether guests can see each other’s photos, and you can hide or delete any of them. With Keepsake you can also add a password.
Are photos and videos compressed?
No. We keep the original files and make smaller previews so the gallery loads quickly. Videos can be up to 200 MB each on Free, 1 GB on Essentials and 4 GB on Keepsake.
How long do you keep everything?
Free galleries stay online until 30 days after the wedding. Essentials stays online for 1 year and Keepsake for 3 years, counted from the wedding date or the day you upgrade, whichever is later. You can download everything as a ZIP or delete the gallery at any time.
Can I upgrade after the wedding?
Yes. Upgrade from your gallery page whenever you need more room, during or after the wedding. Every photo already in the gallery stays.
What if I lose my admin link?
Add your email when you create the gallery and we’ll send you the link. If you lose it later, use Find my galleries and we’ll email fresh links to the address you used.
