Last updated: October 22, 2026
Some Days Stay is preparing an early-access service for collecting wedding guest photos. This notice applies to the pre-launch website and early-access sign-up form. The full photo-gallery service will have a more detailed privacy notice before launch.
Information collected
If you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, your optional wedding date, and your affirmative consent to receive occasional product updates. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through this form.
The form is processed by Formspree, which receives and forwards submissions and may retain them under its own service terms and privacy practices. Formspree states that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where it operates. Read the Formspree Privacy Policy for details.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider and external content providers used for fonts and photographs may also process technical connection data needed to deliver those resources. We do not currently use an analytics tool in this website package.
How information is used
We use your sign-up details to manage the early-access list and send occasional launch or product updates if you have consented. We do not intend to sell your personal information or use your sign-up details for unrelated advertising.
Retention and your choices
We intend to keep waitlist information only for as long as it is useful for early-access communications, unless a longer period is required by law. You can withdraw consent or ask us to correct or delete your waitlist details by contacting us at privacy@somedaysstay.com. Formspree may separately retain submissions under its own policies and account settings.
Before publishing this version, the site operator must configure the privacy email address or route it to a monitored inbox. Until that address is active, do not advertise the site as accepting public sign-ups.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the product and its service providers are finalized. The date above will be revised when meaningful changes are made.
